These Terms of Use govern access to emaginow.com. The website is operated by Larry Strawson, trading as Emaginow, at Batumi Plaza Business Center, 4 Chavchavadze St, Batumi 6010, Georgia.
By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website. These website Terms do not replace a separate written advisory, brokerage, reservation, property-management or other service agreement.
4.2 Website purpose
The website provides general information, market commentary, property listings and a way to contact Emaginow about property investment, purchases, relocation and ownership services in Georgia. Website content is for preliminary information and comparison only.
4.3 No automatic professional or agency relationship
Viewing the website, subscribing or sending an enquiry does not by itself create a client, fiduciary, brokerage, agency, partnership or professional-adviser relationship. A service relationship begins only when the relevant parties expressly agree its scope, responsibilities and any fee or commission, normally in a separate written agreement.
4.4 Property and investment information
- Property availability, prices, specifications, completion dates, rental terms, management arrangements, incentives, yields and forecasts may change without notice.
- Information may originate from developers, owners, operators, public sources or other third parties. Emaginow aims to present it carefully but cannot guarantee that third-party information is complete, current or error-free.

An enquiry is not an offer, acceptance, reservation or binding property transaction. No listing is reserved and no price is secured until the legally required parties complete the relevant written documents and any required payment is accepted through an authorised channel.
The website does not currently take a property deposit merely because a form is submitted. If online payment is introduced for a specific Emaginow service, the price, payment provider, refund/cancellation terms and applicable service conditions must be shown before payment.
4.7 Permitted use
You may use the website for lawful personal or internal business research. You must not:
- interfere with the site’s security, availability or operation;
- attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code or scrape at a rate that disrupts service;

4.14 Severability, waiver and entire website terms
